1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TourPackages services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

2.2. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and written confirmation from TourPackages.

2.3. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and must have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all travelers in the booking.

2.4. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including names as per government ID, contact details, and any special requirements.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.

3.2. A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the trip start date.

3.3. Prices are based on current costs and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel price changes, or government tax modifications.

3.4. Any additional services or changes requested during the trip will be charged separately.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.

4.2. Cancellation charges:

• 15+ days before departure: 10% of total cost
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total cost (No refund)

4.3. No-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund.

4.4. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

5. Changes and Modifications

5.1. Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5.2. TourPackages reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided.

5.3. In case of hotel unavailability, we will provide accommodation at a similar or higher category hotel.

6. Travel Documents

6.1. All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License).

6.2. For certain restricted areas, special permits may be required. TourPackages will assist in obtaining necessary permits, but travelers are responsible for permit fees.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1. Travel insurance is not included in our packages but is strongly recommended.

7.2. TourPackages is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the trip.

8. Liability

8.1. TourPackages acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.) and is not liable for any default, injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party service providers.

8.2. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or other issues arising from factors beyond our control including but not limited to weather, traffic, strikes, or natural disasters.

8.3. Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.

9. Code of Conduct

9.1. Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs, cultures, and environments.

9.2. Any illegal activities, misconduct, or behavior that endangers others may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

10. Complaints and Disputes

10.1. Any complaints during the trip should be reported immediately to our 24/7 support team for prompt resolution.

10.2. Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of trip completion.

10.3. These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
