Booking & Reservations
How do I book a tour package?
You can book a tour package by selecting your preferred package, choosing your travel dates and accommodation tier, and then contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Our travel experts will guide you through the booking process and confirm your reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major debit/credit cards. A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining amount due 7 days before the trip.
Can I customize my tour package?
Yes! All our packages can be customized according to your preferences. You can add or remove destinations, change hotels, modify the itinerary, and adjust the duration. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (April-June, October-January). For popular destinations during festivals or holidays, booking 1-2 months ahead is advisable.
Travel & Accommodation
What is included in the tour packages?
Our packages typically include accommodation, daily breakfast, sightseeing by AC vehicle, driver allowance, toll and parking charges, and applicable taxes. Specific inclusions are listed on each package page.
What type of vehicles are used?
We use well-maintained AC vehicles based on group size: Sedan (1-3 persons), SUV (4-6 persons), or Tempo Traveller (7-12 persons). All vehicles are sanitized and driven by experienced local drivers.
Can I upgrade my hotel category?
Yes, you can choose from Budget (2-star), Standard (3-star), Deluxe (4-star), or Premium (5-star) accommodation options. Prices vary based on the selected tier.
Are meals included in the package?
Breakfast is typically included. Lunch and dinner can be added at an additional cost, or you can explore local restaurants (we provide recommendations). Some packages like desert camps include all meals.
Cancellation & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 15+ days before departure receive a 90% refund. 7-14 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: No refund. Cancellation due to natural disasters or government restrictions will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
Can I reschedule my trip?
Yes, you can reschedule your trip up to 7 days before departure without any charges (subject to availability). Changes made within 7 days may incur additional charges.
What happens if the trip is cancelled by you?
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
During the Trip
Will there be a tour guide?
Our packages include a driver who also acts as a local guide and can provide information about places. For specialized guided tours (heritage sites, wildlife), professional guides can be arranged at additional cost.
What if I face any issues during the trip?
We provide 24/7 support during your trip. You can reach our team via phone or WhatsApp anytime. Our local coordinators can assist with any on-ground issues.
Are entry fees to attractions included?
Entry fees to monuments, parks, and attractions are generally not included unless specifically mentioned. This allows flexibility to visit places of your choice.
Group & Family Travel
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 6 or more travelers. Contact us for customized group packages with discounted pricing.
Are your packages suitable for families with children?
Many of our packages are family-friendly. Children below 5 years are usually free (without extra bed), and children 5-12 years get discounted rates. We can also customize itineraries for families.
Do you arrange honeymoon packages?
